A heart without fear speaks the truth. Here at Moonlit path counseling I believe in providing my clients with a safe space to express their concerns without fear of judgement. It is my goal to make sure my clients and I work in collaboration to identify core issues, and develop coping strategies that work best for them. We all walk down our paths in life, and at moonlit path my goal is to empower my clients to work through the obstacles that may arise along the way
My professional career spans over 12 years. I have substantial experience working with children, adolescents, families, couples and adults. I have dealt with a variety of issues using both short term and long term therapies. Short term therapies work best in maladaptive behaviors and acute conditions of anxiety and depression. For long term therapies, I use eclectic therapy catering to the specific need of the client. I believe that an eclectic therapy plan is most effective in the healing process and facilitates long lasting positive thought process. The ultimate goal is to empower the client in their journey by restoring self compassion and self confidence.
